TURN KEY SERVICE

Our complete build package is known as our turn key service.  This can start from the design concept ideas all the way through to your colour choice for the walls, the light fittings, floor finishes and kitchen design.  The list really does go on.

We offer an extensive choice of options throughout all of our associated trades and with our help and guidance we ensure you can make an educated choice. We have three associated kitchen companies that cater for all budgets, we also offer an interior design service if the client needs a little help with those personal finishing touches. In all of our projects each of these choices is made together with our clients, allowing us to create a very individual and unique bespoke extension or home.

As there are so many choices involved with every bespoke project that we undertake, we are there to offer you our advice and answer any questions and also to show you all the style options that are available.

1. Frame design and detail - the reasons behind the details and whether they will be appropriate for your choice of frame
2. Stone, brick, render or cladding - all external finishes can be evaluated
3. Oak joinery doors and windows - the style options, the pros and cons associated with each option. Handles and locks.
4. All electrical fittings - including the colour choice of your sockets and switches, external lighting styles, internal main lighting pendants and uplighters.
5. Floor finishes - whether limestone, slate or oak the pros and cons associated with each option.
6. Skirting and architrave designs - the material choice, depth and shape.
7. Kitchen choices - we are associated with three kitchen companies who cover all types of budget, they each have showrooms and would be pleased to meet you and discuss your ideas.
8. Roof coverings - slate, tile, clay and cast iron or cast-effect guttering.
9. Insulation - sips panels, natural insulation or manufactured
10. We can even offer a complete interior design service - guiding and assisting with the all important finishing touches.
