We are just completing the last touches to this oak framed build in the small village of Great Glen, Leicestershire. With the use of coloured render,oak , glass and simple lines the intention was to create a contemporary villa style dwelling with a relaxed chalet style ambience.

Simplicity ,natural light and as many exterior opening doors as possible help create that European feel , letting the inside flow out onto the many terraced areas.

The coloured render is a maintenance free material with several years guarantee from stains,degradation and damp impregnation.

As soon as the project is complete we intend to feature this project into our case studies.
