This very simple design is an efficient way of creating new space to the ground floor of your home.You simply “Bolt on” the new structure.
Disruption is kept to an absolute minimum if you are adding to an existing building or as here to a new build as all of the work is done at the manufacturing stage in work shops in Tur Langton.

The base is simply prepared , all landscaping completed and the aperture made watertight until the assembly date.

When we arrive on site the structure that has all ready been assembled in our workshops is very quietly and efficiently placed into position , plumbed and then Pegged. The roof, fascia and barge board etc is then fitted which again has all been assembled in our work shop.The glazing and all joinery items are the last to be fitted.

This whole assembly process from start to finish on a project like this would take approximately 5-7 days which is why disruption to the home owner and builder is of an absolute minimum.
